I needed a very special arrangement for a very special Uncle who passed away and I wasn't going to be able to attend his funeral. My order was kind of "last minute" so I was a little concerned of the quality I was going to receive. However, my flowers arrived at the funeral home on time and the arrangement was spectacular-it was actually even more beautiful than the picture used in their advertisement. I did have a slight issue with the message that was written on the sympathy card, but all it took was one phone call and it was handled very promptly & professionally. I would definitely recommend this Florist - I could tell that they care about their customers needs and take a lot of pride in their work.

This was my first experience ordering from the Watertown Flower Shop. My sister has spoken very highly of them on more than one occasion so there was no question of who I was going with.
